Q: Can we make changes to your designs?A:
Regent Homes offer complete flexibility to alter our plans, or yours. We have the expertise to offer professional advice on any alterations. It’s our motto – “ We Listen | We Design | We Build”.

Q: Will you quote on my existing plans?A:
Regent Homes encourage clients to bring their own plans in for quotation.

Q: Do you demolish and re–build?A:
Yes, our team of professional’s include demolition contractors. We can handle any project from demolition, to turn–key completion.

Q: Do you build in other materials other than brick veneer?A:
Yes, Regent Homes staff are constantly analyzing other building methods, and often use power–panel, renda-panel etc. for detailed discussion on good building methods, please contact our Sales staff.

Q: How long does it take to gain Council Approval?A:
Each Council vary, some are better than others but generally for Planning Approval 6 – 10 weeks. We generally then have our Building Approval done by a Private Certifier which speeds up the process.

Q: How long does it generally take to build a new home?A:
Our construction periods are generally 26 – 32 weeks for larger single storey homes and 38 – 40 weeks for standard two storey homes. Obviously, this depends on the size and complexity of each home, specification, and whether it is build only or turn-key.

Q: How many homes do you build a year?A:
At the moment we are selectively building up to 100 homes per year. We prefer to place emphasis on quality rather than quantity.

Q: Can we use some of our own trades or suppliers?A:
Whilst we at Regent Homes encourage strong relationships with our clients, it is very difficult due to Occupational Health and Safety Regulations. Please discuss with our Sales Department.

Q: Do you build on sloping sites?A:
Yes, Regent Homes have been building on difficult and sloping sites for over 20 years. We build on the sites that are either too difficult for other builders, or they do not have the expertise.
