This client was in despertae need to creat extra room for their teeneagers.

Having an older Tudor style home, and a restrictive block size, the suggestion was made to utilize the space in the roof, whilst adding on a Family area and Kitchen to the rear.

A parent retreat was added upstairs with large Bedroom, Ensuite, Robe and their own Family area.
